Questions buyers ask us
What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 pairs — enough for one crew, with bulk pricing tiers as quantities grow.
How long does production take?
2 weeks (faster turnaround available with express shipping). The clock starts once you approve your free mockup, not when you place the order.
Do I pay anything before I see a proof?
No. We send a free mockup within 24 hours and you pay nothing until you approve the design.
Can you brand flame-resistant garments?
Yes, using FR-rated thread and FR-compatible transfers only. Standard vinyl would melt and would invalidate the certification for the whole garment.
Will embroidery survive industrial laundry?
Yes. We embroider onto reinforced panels with a backing, so the stitch does not pull through after repeated hot commercial washes.
What sizes do you carry?
Adult XS through 5XL, with regular, short and tall leg options on most styles. Send your size run and we will confirm availability.
Which style does my crew need?
Denim bibs for trades, insulated for winter outdoors, FR where certification is required, whites for decorating, disposable for contamination, shop coats for counter and workshop work.
What artwork do you need from me?
Vector artwork is ideal, but send whatever you have. Our designers redraw it to embroidery size at no charge.
